Another Skylemar staple at this point, Barney has been with us for over 10 years, starting as a counselor, and rising in the ranks becoming our baseball director, and now primarily makes the daily schedule! He works long hours to help create a new daily schedule every day, which essentially informs everyone in camp where to be every minute of every day. This role is pivotal to our ability to ensure everyone’s safety at Skylemar. Barney also doubles as our director of cleanliness, Barnicus, who helps ensure each of us stay clean throughout the summer! Barney is a teacher and head varsity baseball coach at the St. Paul’s school in Maryland.
